Every step of our process is led by our master stylist and certified optician, Utenzi Miller, ensuring professional service and attention to detail.

Below is an overview of the process used to deliver our best service to you.

SCHEDULE YOUR FRAME  REVIEW

- Tell us about yourself, providing a few important details about yourself.

- We will give you a call.

SECURE YOUR BOX​

- Submit payment $250 **$100 Virtual Fitting Fee. $150 will be credited towards your final purchase or returned if no purchases is made.

***PRICE AND PURCHASE APPLICATION MAY VARY FOR PROMOTIONS AND WILL BE EXPLAINED DURING CALL** 

 

- We will curate a selection for you to choose 4 pair of frames to be sent to you. A styling appointment will be scheduled and your frames will be shipped.

JOIN YOUR VIRTUAL STYLE SESSION​

- We will meet virtually to talk fit, comfort and style.

PICK YOUR PAIRS 

- Choose the frames you love. You will ship all 4 pair of glasses back and we will provide you with a new pair, fill your prescription (if needed), adjust frames, or switch out lenses.

All frames will be due back within 7 days after your virtual appointment. If the frames are not received within this time frame or are returned damaged in any way, you are responsible for the full retail price of each frame sent which will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
